RETURN & REFUND POLICY
- Should a customer bought the wrong filter and the unit still boxed after 7 days from the date of purhcase, he should return it to the showroom and the processing of refund will be 30 days from the confirmation of the returned units.
- For the return and exchange of the unopened filters, it will be within 7 days from the date of purchse and the customer should visit the showroom and bring the proof of purchase for an outright processing.
- Damaged filters due to mishandling of the customer will not be legible for a return and refund.
- Unboxed filters duly returned within 7 days from the date of purchse will still undergo assessment from the logistics team and will charge 10 % and above depending on the packaging quality of the item.
