• Should a customer decide to change his mind with the unit still boxed after 7 days from the date of purhcase, he should return it to the showroom and the processing of refund will be 30 days from the confirmation of the returned units. 
• Damaged unit due to mishandling of the customer will not be legible for a return and refund.
• Unboxed unit duly returned after 7 days from the date of purchse will still undergo assessment from the logistics team and will charge 10 % and above depending on the packaging quality of the item and the filter life usage.
